  • Tapes

All archived footage is stored as a tape which functions as an album of scenes.

Scenes are segments of footage that were captured from a tape.

If you wish to create a new tape out of an existing scene, you may drag a scene from the Scene area to the top of the Tape area.

  • Scenes

A tape may contain one or more scenes.

Scenes can be reorganized by clicking and dragging them.

Click “Convert to HD” to convert your standard definition scenes into high definition.

  • Trim

The monitor in this area can be used to preview and edit your footage.

Use the play button to play your footage.

Once the footage begins to play, the play button will become a pause button and can be used to pause the footage

The buttons next to the play button will skip to the beginning or end of the footage.

The markers at the left and right ends of the timeline can be dragged to create new in and out points. These positions will determine how your footage will be trimmed.

The playhead on the timeline is the reference point for where a split will happen.

Click “Share” to share a selected scene via Apple Messenger, AirDrop, Mail, Photos, Notes, or Freeform.
